Caring for a loved one living with dementia can be isolating, emotionally complex, and demanding. You don’t have to navigate it alone.
Caregiver Support Hour is an online support group for dementia caregivers who want a thoughtful, supportive space to reflect, connect, and gain perspective. Each session is facilitated by Tami Anastasia and focuses on the emotional realities of dementia caregiving, with space for shared experiences, questions, and practical insights.
This group is designed to fit the unpredictable nature of caregiving. You can attend when it works for your schedule. There is no requirement to attend every week and no pressure to participate beyond what feels comfortable.
Each one-hour session offers:
- Emotional support and validation
- Guided conversation and tools for navigating caregiving
- Connection with others who truly understand
- A calm, respectful environment where your experience matters
Caregiver Support Hour meets Fridays from 12:00–1:00 p.m. PT via Zoom.
Sessions are purchased individually or in discounted packages. Registration is non-refundable. You will receive the Zoom link prior to the next Caregiver Support Hour.
Whether you come once or return regularly, you will be met with understanding, compassion, and steady support.
