In this workshop, Tami Anastasia and Irene Dockins will discuss some COVID C.A.R.E.© strategies. Caregivers are feeling very overwhelmed and stressed out and are losing their patience with their loved one. And, COVID has thrown their routine off and they aren’t following a routine which makes things more confusing and difficult for the loved one with dementia and for the caregiver. Learn dementia-friendly communication tips, how to handle repetitive questions, and establish a consistent routine during these challenging times.
